个人简介

1995年和2002年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）分别获得生物化学学士和分子、细胞与发育生物学博士学位。2002年至2004年，在UCLA继续博士后研究，并担任霍华德休斯医学研究院（HHMI）讲师，参与本科生科研创新教学工作。2004年至今在海角社区 任职副教授、教授。在攻读博士期间，对果蝇卵巢发育过程中的两个细胞迁移过程进行研究，首先发现在多细胞生物中肌动蛋白解聚因子Cofilin对于细胞迁移是必需的（Nat Cell Bio 2001）。回国后，一直从事对发育中上皮组织的各种形态发生过程进行研究。在果蝇卵子发生过程中，发现上皮层来源的边界细胞在集体迁移过程中受到代谢信号（Dev Cell 2018）、肌动蛋白解聚因子（Dev 2011）、极性囊泡运输（Dev 2013）、顶端极性分子（Dev 2018）、管腔形成因子（iScience 2020a）、跨细胞的细胞骨架网络（iScience 2020b）、线粒体分裂因子（Front Cell Dev Bio 2022）调控的作用机制。在果蝇眼睛的发育过程中，发现肌动蛋白的动态化促进成虫盘上皮层粘连的动态重塑（Dev 2012）。近两年的一个新研究方向是探索机械力是如何通过组织间的相互作用来调控集体细胞迁移和上皮形态发生的。
